Any suggestions or advice regarding protein shakes. I consume 1200 calories a day on the warrior diet and I don’t get enough protein but I also don’t want to destroy my chances of weight loss. Im looking at NPL Diet Pro and NPL whey slim(lowest calories) Anyone know much about this?
