Cheddar/mozzarella, veg quesadilla. Veg chili and the corn I was craving. Protein drink x3 for lunch. May have a small dessert later. 😋

Ginome yes I use 3 scoops whey isolate with water. It helps me with my protein without adding fats. Sometimes with coffee.. depends on the day I’m having 🤣

Nice! I tried 10g whey isolate with my coffee yesterday. Not bad at all! It didn't dissolve the best. I might put it in before the coffee next time.

Unhealthy ya that’s the trick. Mix with cooler liquid then coffee. Order of operations matters with this one 😅
