Sure! It tricks my brain into thinking I'm having dessert for breakfast 😊 x2 ice blocks 100g plain low fat yogurt 50g fat free cottage cheese 125ml almond or soya milk 1 scoop protein powder (I use USN bluelab plant based protein powder) Blend all ingredients in a blender. Crumble 1 Oreo on top. Enjoy! 😃
