Hubby and I were talking about our woes last night comparing our macros, you know sexy talk. 😆 He said that I’m around maintenance time and could focus less on macros and just keep my cal count right. I then said, “but if you don’t keep your macros in check you end up overeating and feeling like shit.” Just can’t believe that came out of my mouth so naturally. 😂 All good things..
Day off so 2 loads laundry, sink of dishes and a cat to shave are on the list. Body is sore.. Work has been much more physical lately. Maybe just some stretching and booty work tonight. I upped my RDI bc I feel like I need more. Have it at 1600 now but just eating until I’m full and still doing IF. Seems ALMOST natural now. Lol

3dkids thx! It’s helped so much having a partner to stay motivated with. When we started in July the running joke was “ya but how much protein?” to everything. 🤣 I’m down 40 and he’s at 35 lbs. We’re trying to drag the rest of the house with us. 😅

It's not very sexy when my wife and I speak about it. She is starting to get upset. She sees my progress and how much I eat then gets frustrated because she's not able to eat many calories. I'm trying to get her to up her calories to 1600, do weights and concentrate on building some muscle. Maybe once she changes gears, it will be sexy talk. Lol

Mine was telling me pretty much the same thing and it finally sunk in. I’m slow to follow sometimes.. just thought that less calories was better. Now I have to tell him he’s right 🤣

Haha, I'm sure she will figure it out. She still has that common female fear of getting too big and bulky. And I keep giving her the same response...don't worry, people don't accidentally get a ton of muscle. It is hard work and they push themselves to get that big because they want to.

That's nice. Having partners on this journey definitely a plus.👏👏👏. My wife and son has skinny gene. They eat out everyday and still remain skinny. So no sexy talk🤭. I drag my friends instead😅. Fortunately no sexy talk necessary between guys🤣

🤣 yes! My wife and I have these conversations daily hahah we also have the sets , reps , steps , miles etc. Condos too I guess there's certainly worse conversations we could be having lol
