don't underestimate the humble apple. i think the food changes that helped me most was to incorporate oats into my breakfasts. snack an apple before other snacks. and vegetable soul with bread(vegan dinners) most nights. that is my top 3 lifechangers

breakfast - overnight oats, toast with toppings (Avo & Egg, cream cheese & strawberry, Avo & egg & salmon, cream cheese & mic berry) French toast with toppings, savory pancakes, banana waffle (waffle made with banana not topped with banana) Bran flakes with fruits mixed in, Egg & 2 greens (I prefer broccoli and mushroom) & a snack (oat muffin, oat bars, banana waffle, tuna & mayo cake - dump tuna and mayo in a waffle/snackwhich machine to bake) yoghurt + fruit Lunch/dinner - bagle with toppings, salad + protein, Ramen, Italian sub/ham rolls, lettuce wraps, stuffed bell peppers, stuffed tomatoes, wraps, chicken & cheese bake, deviled egg salad, Philly cheese steak (in a bowl) snacks - oat bars, popsicles (home made with juices or smoothies, you'll need a blender-) honey nut Cheerios balls, yoghurt oat bars, frozen yoghurt bites (plain or you can mix fruits), frozen yoghurt and fruit cups, frozen yoghurt bark, blue berries dipped in yoghurt and frozen, oats topped by yoghurt and fruits then frozen (use a muffin tray), bake oat meal cups, smoothies, fresh juice, banana ice cream (ice cream made from banana not banana flavoured) all of the snacks are self-made, you can easily find recipes if you don't know what to mix If you use Pinterest I can link you to the lifestyle board I made, I have a section that I add photo's of meal inspirations.
