Hi everyone thanks for the boost of confidence but its going slow couse im not well yet. My diet unfortunately consists out of saleds (carrot with pineapple, green salled with tomato onion lettuce and small amount of chees for taste and cucumber) and small amounts of meat. Yoghurt, and appels and bananas. Because of my health im not alowed to have sweets and chocolate or deserts rice potatos and anything in oil or butter and bread. My weight gave me alot of problems with my liver and ulcer so now im trying to be very careful. I do have a sweet cup of tee to keep my sugar right and not make me even sicker. Not good for diet but my boddy needs it,

Hi Hester ☘️ Just want to start with saying well done with how much you’ve lost so far, you’ve done incredibly well ❤️ I do want to caution you with regards to your diet, I definitely agree with limiting chocolates, sweets, chips etc - but a diet of exclusively salads, limited meats, apples, bananas etc, becomes very hard to sustain in the long term. It will yield results more quickly, but the tendency is for it to be a lot of water weight and even muscle mass, and lean muscle mass is crucial for being able to keep your metabolism as fast as possible, and therefore maintain your weight loss. More often than not extreme crash diets and low calories have a tendency for long term failure, and then gaining even more weight back - I am saying all this because I really want you to win! I’ve been in a similar situation to you, over 100kg at my heaviest and I’m not tall at all, and I also carry excess weight around the middle 😥 which aside from making one extremely insecure, has some of the worst health impacts on us. I’ve struggled with hormone imbalance and insulin resistance - if there is anything I can help you with, or questions you have please don’t hesitate to ask. Because I’ve been there my feelings are sincerely “if I can help one other person, I will without hesitation”. Remember motivation is a finite resource, it really does come and go, and on the days that it just istnt there, you need to have build yourself sustainable habits that you can implement even when you feeling off ❤️ I don’t know what your health challenges are, but there must be some other foods you can eat outside of salad and fruit and limited meats to keep you full, happy, healthy, and build a sustainable lifestyle that sets you up for success ❤️❤️❤️

Hi guys thanks so much for the help ill post un update bout health in morning and weight. If been realy busy kooking and baking and still spring cleaning in my patients house have les than a month left then i get to go home. (Lord willing) but im doing better so will loosen up on my diet slightly. And get back to eating better.
