I'm reflecting today on my FS journey. My start date was May 22 this year weighing in at 155 (my heaviest) setting a goal of 135. I put in my info and it gave me two different daily calorie totals to consider whether I wanted to lose fast or slow. 1100 for fast and 1500 for slow. I chose 1100 but really aimed for 1200 because that was what Noom had set for me. Looking back on these 5 months I can honestly say I've only went over that 1200 calories 3 times. I always remind myself to own what I eat by logging every single bite I eat as well as liquids that have calories. Reading the inspiring journals here on FS reaffirmed that I must always trust the process. For me watching the Macros was the key to making my body work/feel better. I am grateful to each and everyone for your continued support as I plan to hang around cheering you all on while you work towards your goals. I still can't seem to get photos uploaded (boo). Hopefully I can figure out what happened. Hugs to all 🤗💗

1500 is more like maintenance, so it's a good thing you ignored that. Are you happy with where you landed? I'm not a fan of all the food photos, but I do love Before/After pics or people crushing their workouts, indoors or out. So hopefully you have some to share of your transformation 🦾💚

JustBananas, I don't think I've found my happy weight yet because I'm still dropping however it is slower now. I'm just staying the course. I love seeing all the food photos because I get ideas from what others eat.

I have problems with picture posting as well. try uninstalling the app and reinstall. You will not lose your info. It works for me. FS can be a bit glitchy. Congratulations on losing your weight! Slow and steady ..it works. I also count macros, paying particular attention to my protein intake as I lift weights. 👍💪

Diana 1234, When I uninstall the App and reinstall I may have a problem logging back in. I have no idea what my password is. 🤷 I'm going to try it soon and see if it works though. 🤞
