Hi Liv and Navy! Thank you! Right now I’m doing high protein and medium to low carbs and fat. Attempting to hit 1600 cal a day but often missing that mark. A lot of that has to do with alcohol consumption so it’s not food per se but it’s calories and the fat burning has to wait for the alcohol to burn off…
