Don't stress about the numbers in the 1st few weeks, a lot af it is water retention that you are now losing. After that, you'll be losing body fat. You are doing great!

Well I am a 24/7 caregiver I'm on my feet 40 t0 80 persent of 24 hours. I work on a private farm at the moment so afternoon walks are a must. I eat alot less and cut out my sugger 90 % were I used to have 1 - 2 tins of condensed milk a day I literally divided to stop I also have a little help with gummy berry juice in the morning. I hate water it tastes terrible here so I make myself some iced tea. Mild strong. And no sugar and no milk although sometimes I need that sweetness and then I put in a little Cinderella just to taste better or a mint leaf or 2 or Lemmon slice in the cold tea. I hate exercise so I don't do it at all except walking. Overall I just eat less cut out my sugar "not all" and keep active instead of doing nothing all day. And a tinny little bit of help with gummy berry juice in the morning.
