Ah, chia is so good for you! Looks wonderful. I put chia in my oatmeal, but haven't tried chia pudding yet

First time for me a will be making more!😋😋😋!! I too have been putting it in my oatmeal as well as my actual yogurt (let sit overnight). Might be my new favorite! 2 ingredients- black chia seeds and almond milk. Working on getting my system back in check!
