Can’t believe I got the egg right!

Thanks Addison, it was really good. Not something I often make as it needs a good stock I think.

I make my own stock from bones, veg, herbs. I've just cooked a chicken this morning so made stock with the bones, then this evening just made chicken and pea risotto, with the stock. I think most things requiring stock benefit from homemade xx

Welcome, asarmud. What addison said: use the app to track everything accurately and you will come to understand what you need to change and keep yourself honest. Other than that, we all follow different diet styles. Relatively low carb works for me, hardly any processed food and two days of very low cals a week. You need to find a groove that works for you!

Yasmine, I tried the eggs before but overcooked them. These I did two large eggs for 7 minutes. Seems like ages to someone who grew up with 3 minute egg timers but I guess they were smaller!
