Big salad with feta and red wine vinegar. Peanut butter, mayo and spicy pickle sandwich. A treat that falls in my calorie range and close enough for macros. So I’m happy 😃

And my family laughed at me when i made peanut-butter and pickle sandwiches. Great with homemade dills. Better than PBJs any day.
Not quite there yet with the mayonnaise though.

Thx ginome 😊 SimpleL I got this from my mom but she adds Tabasco too. Not many appreciate it. I should add that my mom puts mayo on everything 🤣

Love mayo too. But now I made my mayo using water and erythritol instead of oil and sugar. Still good tho😋

Thx Jen 😊 G I’m intrigued. Some sugar subs have a strange unpleasant aftertaste to me. I can’t drink diet drinks. Would this be a yay or nay to try. I’m not against sugar and water, I’m looking to control the fats in my life.
