I changed my mind several times today for the topic; sorry for the delay!
I want to make some shifts in my diet approach and was scouring the internet: articles, journals, personal stories, Youtube, even Instagram! The information is always so conflicting.😵💫
⁉️So, I ask my fellow FSers: where do you get YOUR nutritional information?? what are reliable sources? I think I have a grasp of my basic nutritional needs (after dieticians, nutritionists, naturopaths, pharmacists, and obesity specialist). Answers to specific questions are often difficult to find! For example:
🤔I just wanted to know if tofu is actually healthy (for post-menopausal women) or still demonized. I want to eat fewer animal products (cheese/dairy, butter and oils don't make me feel great), so looking for non-meat protein options (not beans or peas). 👍👎
🤣Not exactly a motivational post LOL; just what I am thinking about tonight!🌃
