4 Month Anniversary on FS. Started at 155 lbs now 131 - I'm starting to think may hit that 130 goal after all 🤷☺️😀 Just logging and trusting the process.
59.4 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
