Got a wild hair yesterday and whipped up these Turkey Black Bean & Quinoa (TBBQ) burgers! Tasty but not the same consistency as a regular burger. I’m estimating near 25gr of protein per burger with low fat and carbs. Eat well my fatty friends 😜✌️
