@Jutani, my mom made this and didn't follow a recipe. Apparently she put seafood in a dish - fish, shrimps, calamari. Then added double cream and mascarpone, with a little pecorino cheese grated on top. You can vary the types of cream and cheese used, as well as the fish/seafood. Then just baked in the oven until cooked
