I get so emotional when I see your pics sana, I'm very impressed. I lost over 30kg in 2019 and to date I've gained it all back due to Covid and pregnancy. you inspire me daily to work harder ✨️  

Thank you all for your support and kind words. @Luvos you can still do it Sis, just one step at a time. This is also my 2nd attempt. Between 2015 and 2016 I lost 50kgs and kept it off for 2 full years. The difference though between then and now is that then I was a certified gym freak… I stopped gym due to accessibility of fitness centres in the area I moved to and that’s when all hell broke loose. This time however, I am focusing on my relationship with food. If I can manage that consistently then I would have won this battle.
