Shrewdness, Yes it is but I think it is worth it to get the probiotics.

I love to add sauerkraut to top baked potatoes and soups. Trying to get probiotics 3x a day.

karen40.poole, That is awesome, I know I don't get enough. I like to eat my sauerkraut with black beans or Lentils or just as a side. I could see with some soups it would be good 😊
