Sandra Bain,. You can find it with the pancake mixes - The one I use is 190 calories for 1/2 cup. These are high protein so I don't feel bad keeping them in my morning rotation.

larryb53,. Thank you so much for the compliment. I'll keep posting but I'm thinking my food to some may seem boring 🤷. We eat a lot of vegetables and repeat a lot because l love leftovers.
