Pita night! Roasted onion, peppers,tomatoes, zucchini, baby spinach, black beans, basmati rice, black olives with homemade hummus, tzatziki and salsa. Skipped the chicken and had a scoop of vanilla protein with nonfat milk. Very thankful for this meal 😊
