I really don’t know why I do this. That’s 2 biscuits under that gravy and I barely ate 1. My hunger gets me all hoardy with food. Even if I don’t eat it it’s still there just in case. Yes it was delicious and yes I might use smaller plates 🙃

That's totally normal. It's EYES ARE BIGGER THAN OUR STOMACH syndrome. I have it too and blame the government for it.😆

I would eat that, better have full day of work to burn it all up. I'm not a huge gray over biscuits, I would use them as bread/toast or eat them with 2nd or third coffee.

Not to mention restaurants, 2melons. I ordered a dinner salad at a brew pub one night and it came on a plate the size of the serving platter my mom would use to serve up fried chicken for 2 adults and 6 kids. I just started laughing 😅 I know for me, it's hard to stop eating it once it's on my plate

My meals appear large (and I usually don’t finish everything) but I’m normally doing OMAD. Still learning nutrition and portion sizes.. maybe one day lol
