Oatmeal is so good for you! I've tried and tried but I just don't like it. Oatmeal cookies don't count (apparently). I remember eating is as a kid and my mom added butter, sugar and milk to the bowl. I'd eat it but hated the texture. I always liked cream of wheat better. Still do but it's not as good for you as oatmeal. And adding butter and sugar to either doesn't really do any good!

I agree on the oatmeal. Cream of Wheat is better but Malt O Meal is best...LOL!

Fritzy, I like oatmeal with fruit in it....otherwise not as much. Not a big fan of cream of wheat.

Fritzy. I tried all with oatmeal also. My non fat secret friend who is not on oatmeal says she has had great results with loss of weight and a balanced diet.
