Had to check 3 times to make sure I was reading this right! Now that I finally understand that an inflamed body will not lose weight I seem to be dropping. Dairy, sugar and alcohol are not my friends and I actually don’t miss it if this is the result I’m seeing 💃
65.9 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
