i cheated.there it is.I said it. I had a handful of popcorn today and a handful of Doritos yesterday (about 10) . I'm not logging it bc I don't what to know how many carbs it has bc ill stress over it. i don't feel bad about it, quite the the opposite. I feel good about it bc I only had a small amount where as in the old days I would have killed the bag of Doritos and eaten the whole bowl of popcorn.Moving on and back on the wagon. I'm one pound away from 20 lost and excited. Hoping my cheating didn't set me back.I'm still struggling to get more water in and green leafy veggies and those are my goals for the week. Hope everyone enjoyed their weekends. CHEERS.

Congrats on you loss to this point in time...(and in a way, you did log those "cheats"...you told all of us about them...lol) Take care AND keep on keeping on!!!!

We ordered take out, tonight. I got a grilled chicken cesar salad, dressing on the side. When it arrived , I was bummed, thought chicken was breaded. Took one small piece in my mouth, and realized it was a crouton. Took the croutons out, and enjoyed the salad. I just dribbled the dressing on, leaving most of it in container. I must say, however, I feel bad about the crouton.
