people who take their kids the gym annoy me.. there i said it.its dangerous and I cant concentrate bc Im watching other peoples kids and it makes me nervous. This happens here at our complex. We have a small gym and I like to go there when my husband works late and bc I can go with my son and keep my daily routine.Today there was a couple there who let their 3 yr old run all over the place and jump on the machines and underfoot.I left before I completed my work out bc I was annoyed,nervous and couldn't focus bc I was too busy trying not to step on this kid. Then I was mad at myself for not getting my minimum 10k for the day I actually cried a bit.I only did this bc I was mad at myself and disappointed bc I had a horrible day at work and was really looking forward to a great work out. I even got new headphones. Well my husband,being the amazing guy he is, propped me up and boosted my confidence, handed me a 20$ and sent me to buy cat food.. and needless to say I got in my missing 2k walking thru the store and met my daily goal of 10k. I love that man.. :)
