Best dang salmon I've ever cooked hands down!! Airfryer from here on out!! Simple sauce of honey and soy sauce., salt, pepper, garlic rubbed. Added some fresh squeezed lime juice as well. Tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked!!!! Roasted the veggies on a sheet pan in oven.

I'm with you on the air fryer, I love mine, it's a 6 qt and I can do a whole package of tofu in it or 4 smallish turkey burgers.
