TOM here and brought 5 extra lbs with him this week but Im ignoring it since my official weight in day is Monday .. adding more veggies today and fighting my urge to get mcdonalds value meal with a real coke. Gonna walk tonite to burn off some stress and planning a nice low carb weekend for my family.My Mr has been having low carb dinners for a week he just doesnt realize it yet, he he. I didnt buy ant bars or shakes this week and finished the ones we had, bc i can end up eating 2-3 a day and dont want to waste my carbs on that crap.Its cold out so I think ill make my kale soup again or cabbage and something .. CHEERS to every one.
