Question for the day: Do you guys log food on Vaca? Do you stick to food plan or eat anything? do you take a break fram logging food or still log but guess to an extent to enjoy the moment without having your phone out recording everything? (ill be having a 2 week 🎣 vacation coming up and unsure how to handle it this year)

I logged the first day then after that I said the hell with it, because I was trying to enjoy myself and I knew I was eating well over my calories. I just took a break for a week. Now that I'm back, I'm getting back to my routine and eating better again and logging again

I agree with NAVYWIFESKI. Logging at non-chain restaurants is a pain and you're there to enjoy the people & surroundings. Not have your face in a food log. Make the best choices available. Drink lots of water all throughout the day. Move a lot. Then get back to business when you return. Have fun!

I'm going away soon as well and I plan on logging and doing my best to eat around maintenance calories but I know that won't be easy as we will be staying In a house with family and preparing meals for a very large group that is deffintly not a bunch of healthy eaters. we are bringing alot of our own food to supplement some healthier options in.
