Read you bio and totally relate!! Since 2009, junior in high school, I was a boxer. In 2019, i had my second baby. Since then ive been hovering between 217 and 180lbs at 5'3. Had upper back injury, then tore MCL, then degenerative spinal stenosis and Herniated discs in low back because of a weakened core.... I hope to box competitively again one day. I wish i could make a bio, but unsure how.... If theres a link to computer version, that would be helpful!!!

I eat protein and veggie sometimes for breakfast. My nutritionist told me when you eat a protein with a veggie it digest better and breaks down the protein better.
