Absolutely struggling tonight with the sweet / chocolate cravings. Addiction is such a POS... I've previously told myself that when I give into the cravings it just isn't worth it but damn it ain't easy.
This is what makes the journey a difficult one, not the exercise or the meal prep but the addiction. Sigh.

Not to mention that when one inevitably gives in, one does so properly. 🤣 My neighbor brought me a milk tart, and after ignoring it for a full 6 hours in the fridge (but I did check in regularly to see if it haven't escaped or something) I succumb and polished half of it in one go. What do you do to keep those sugar cravings under control?

The cravings / addiction is very real and difficult to fight at times. The best I've found for myself is to have some better alternatives like making low carb treats and allow myself these when I can't stand the cravings. Good luck on your journey 🍀

One thing I like to make often is a little mixture of plain yogurt and vanilla protein powder. Peanut butter too, if you like that

Good luck with it. I also do the protein powder and I bought some 92 point chocolate the other day.
