@sindiswajessica and @leilahcoetzee I am on a low carb/keto/banting eating plan. I also intermittent fast by eating either 2 meals a day or One meal a day.
I have just recently started doing exercises minimum 3 times a week… jumping rope/step aerobics and walking for an hour whenever I can.
