Good choice. If you don't listen to your body, it will definitely bite back. So Proud of your progress!

Good choice, although I know it sucks. Try some PT to help it along

So for my “golf elbow” which is the opposite of tennis elbow, I wore this little strap with a pad that pressed on the tendon during movement and helped. Supposed to wear it in the outside for tennis elbow. Rest first though.

Probably a good plan. Take care and hope your elbow heals quickly!💜💜

I don't have any appreciation for injuries. I, like everyone else try to avoid them but they sometimes happen. Do what you can do as best as you can until you recover...

I totally know what you mean I am so right dominant I couldn't even smoke with my left hand or I'd burn myself.. praying you have a speedy recovery.

Kat, I did too. I had an elbow sleeve and the part that velcroed to my upper forearm really helped. I hope it gets better soon, Princesa!

I'm right there with you on lifting injuries,
You're smart to let yourself heal.
Whatever you lose by not lifting you'll get back in a couple weeks.

Absolutely a good plan, even if it's hard for you. Give your body a chance to heal ❤

It alright dp! I’m glad someone other than me is busting your balls about leg days. In fact I hope one day everyone does it 🤣

Sorry to hear you are in pain DP. I should private message you and describe some of the exercises I did that definitely helped to heal my tennis elbow. I’ve been through it and I know you’re frustrated. But don’t feel you can’t lift, you can still do core and legs and I know you hate leg day but don’t just do cardio. And sorry to blow your whistle but I don’t think your elbow will heal in one week. It takes a while so be patient. Don’t rush it though, seriously, it’s better to let it heal now than to worsen the injury. I couldn’t even carry a dinner plate from the kitchen to the dining room table. It’s the worse burning pain and sensation ever. I hope yours is just a new thing and it does heal quicker than I did. I’ll say a prayer for you my dear. Love ya. ❤️🙏

I only said a week because I ended up not going to the gym 4 days in a row and it was so much better...then I blew it by going too heavy too fast.

Smart move. Let it rest, let it heal.

Good plan, lady! You are a lifting addict, so when YOU say it's got to stop for a bit, I know you are really hurting. Rest for the poor limb is good! ❤️
