I've been sicker than sick these last two days and have done nothing but sleep and then today my husband decided he wanted to try out the gym so I forced myself to get 35 m at a slow pace of walking on a treadmill. Felt good to sweat it out. I'm hoping this will kick starts my energy level bc all though ive been sick I still have the urge to be active and its killing me that i cant be myself. I have had drop in weight that's motivated me but will wait till Monday to log it to be fair. Im annoyed that this hit me the first week into my journey but am proud of myself bc I have cheated once and remained low carb thru it all.. YAY ME.. Boo to sick me..
