I see a lot of people struggling to lose weight and I see a lot of people who are trying to eat healthy but struggle because they don’t like veggies. You guys need to find ways to make your salads and veggies more appetising. For instance, cut up broccoli and cauliflower into pieces like you would a mushroom and sauté them in garlic and herbs. With salads, mash your avo into the salad so it covers the greens - if your diet allows, use a bit of cream cheese and basil pesto. I got my fiancé from never eating veggies to buying the broccoli bake for our Saturday BBQ and enjoying it… add cheese add garlic, make it yummy and your choices will become easy.
