Last year, during the last week of July, I started this diet. I would like to give myself a goal to achieve to celebrate this "first anniversary". I'd like to get to 30kg lost in a year (I've lost 26.7kg for now), so I think I'll aim for that. The prize? My favorite pizza, with my favorite beer and of course a new dress😬. Wish me luck 🤞

Personally, I think you should celebrate your year anniversary no matter what number the scale says, becausea whole year is something to celebrate! But it is probably irrelevant because I am sure you will do it!

I'm all about the non-food rewards, and think a new dress is a fab choice. It's also free of calories, and won't add back pounds.
