what do you put in your Patties. I usually use grated carrots finely chopped onion depend on qty of mince 1 Ts steak chop spice and 1Ts chicken spice and oats to bind it

I just buy mince and smash them into patties - 100% meat only. From there I freeze them and cook in the airfryer from frozen when I want some. I don't believe burgers need anything to bind them. McDonald's, Burger King and Steers don't add any binder to their patties either. It's just meat. Oh, then I add salt when I cook it 😋
