Huge congratulations Mandyduplessis! what an achievement. we seem to have run parallel on this journey. I also started in March 21 and lost 32.5kgs in 12 months. I would still like to lose another 10kgs so gotta keep going. wishing you all the best for your maintenance. you've got this !!

Ladies let me ask.... Those that are following this IF and have lost 35ks... How many calories do you consume daily and over how many meals are these calories spread? I ask. Cause i have 27kgs to lose

RDI (recommended daily intake) is based on personal information. I recommend going on calculator.net under calorie calculate to get yours. I follow IF 18:6 with a 6am to 12 eating window so I have breakfast and lunch only.
