I ate less calorie Japanese foods yesterday. Those foods have more net carbs than I usually eat foods. I think calories are not calories.

I know Salt may make you fat. However, I almost not to use salt and soy sauce. I like to taste real flavor of foods. I don’t use soy sauce when I eat SUSHI 🍣. So that I can know if the sashimi is fresh or not.

Salt does not make you fat. All it does is make you hold on to water. The same happens if you suddenly eat more carbs... so it is just water that will come off when you go back to normal

Thank you for your comments. Yes, salt and water holds water inside of body. That’s true. My mind was Japanese way when I wrote this morning because Japanese people use the word “fat “ if the scale shows more than yesterday.
