One step forward, two steps back 🙄 gained 700g this past week trying to boost my metabolism... Did clean eating for a few days and down 400g this morning. Buuut as luck would have it, shark week appears 🤷🏽♀️ 1.5kg to goal but it feels like a lifetime away 🔄
