Also: 2nd attempt at home made black bean burgers, with a new recipe. No! Just … no. Dr. Praeger can cook these for me from now on. Fussy and messy to make, and bland and tasteless. Sigh. That’s what ketchup is for I guess. 😠

Part 3: I guess-timated my intake for today because I’m not going to go to the trouble of figuring out all the stuff for a recipe I’m never going to use again 😂

I made black bean patty with pizza sauce. It was not that good. Next time I'll add tuna with black bean for patties.
