Trying to get my average daily calories for March down to 1500. February’s shows as 1908, but it’s probably actually closer to 2200 because I had a few runaway days and didn’t chart on those days at all. No wonder I’m stalled! Feels better getting back at it; I credit the increased daylight (?)

The increased daylight sure is nice, and I also find it less depressing. And for me, less depressed=less emotional eating

Pace yourself! If your average has been 2200/1900, maybe work to 1700 and then your goal! Increased daylight has been a huge motivation for me, I did my first real workout in weeks.

I definitely found myself getting excited last night to get home from work and do my walk. The sunshine really is quite the motivator :) Keeping steady and acknowledging the points which have set you back are a great way to move forward. Keep pushing, this more of a lifestyle and set of habits to create rather than a "diet". You're doing a great job !
