How do you count your salt intake? Salt make me fluffy.

Measure with a proper teaspoon measuring set. Also: 1 dash” = 1/8 teaspoon, so one half of a 1/4 teaspoon measure. 1 “pinch” = one half of *that.* Hope this helps!

Thanks! I've another question. Is Himalayan pink salt better than normal table salt? I'm taking H pink salt and my fluffy face looks slim. But I'm worried about my Iodine intake.

According to “WebMD” (?) there’s about 1/3 less sodium in Himalayan pink salt than in “regular.” It apparently has no added iodine; not sure if that’s a plus or a minus. “Accent” (MSG) is another option. It was demonized in the press a few years ago but the thinking on that seems to have changed.

Yes, Sodium is lower than Table salt. But Iodine is very important for our blood and Haemoglobin level. I guess we have to take Iodine as an extra supplement

Or just use 2/3 as much salt and keep the iodine?
