Trying home made black bean burgers off an internet recipe for the first time. I hope they are good! (Trying to get away from soooo much meat.)

According to list of ingredients as per: FS, the patties are each a little over 1100g sodium, but I don’t think so. The beans are very well rinsed first.

They aren’t too bad. Definitely going to tweak the recipe next time! Will try again though.

I googled “black bean burger” and used the recipe from Sally’s addiction. I would chop up the beans in the blender next time and use 3 eggs instead of two. A little dry and didn’t stick together very well. And make patties a minimum of 1/2” thick. Use a well rounded 1/2 c of mixture (not 1/3) for each.
