Today is okay so far. I treamilled for 75 minutes, and I don't feel heavy. I feel pretty good. I did a lot -- heavy cleaning for the crew, treadmill, shopping, and even painting. And I'm not hungry, which is great. I'm hopeful that today will be a happy face day and a renewed beginning of my weight loss. I have not entered my weight in a while, and I did not weigh myself today. I will tomorrow, and then I'll decide whether to enter it. I really prefer to put a loss, but I might not be able to avoid a little gain on the chart.
