Feeling so upset with myself about this 😭😭😭😭😭 I thought I was doing well but I gained 9.5kg last year. I'm so upset

83 kg Lost so far: 19 kg. Still to go: 14 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 12.6 kg a Week
