Good news - my runaway appetite that I’ve been struggling with for the last 6 weeks or so (rather unsuccessfully too - I just could not seem to stop eating!) seems to have *finally* subsided a bit. No idea whatsoever why it started or ended, but I hope this is a lasting change. Now to lose the weight I gained and get back to making some real progress. It should be easier now.
