I could maybe have 1/3 of the starch but the chicken and broccoli look amazing! I have type 2 diabetes so trying cut back of foods that easily turn into sugar.

Angela, there are 3 baby potatoes cut in half on my plate....107 calories. I don't do low carb....I count calories. I do watch the portion sizes of carbs, though. I get it, you need to be careful with diabetes. You could always replace the potatoes with another veggie.
