Fighting to maintain at the moment but I’m determined to do it. I’ll be 50 just after new year & my husband is taking me somewhere for a surprise & said I’ll need a nice outfit. I chose this. The trousers are a size 10. Last year I was wearing a 20. 💪🏼💃

Thank you, Gary. I am proud and really relieved, I had got into the worst shape of my life and looked 10 years older too! A non-scale victory is a big motivator!

Thank you, Suma and Nadia, this big change has really done a lot for my mental health too, and when I went shopping for these clothes it was so lovely for there to be sizes that actually fit me, and even needing a smaller size. It can be so depressing when you’re a bigger size looking for a nice outfit and none of the shops have anything for you.
