First day back at it and the results are unbelievable. Just goes to show you may fall down l, but get back up and push. No one's gonna do it for you. This has to become a LIFESTYLE and not just a diet or intermittent fasting until you reach your goal weight.. we're aiming at a lifestyle change here! 👀🙏
73.3 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
