Replacing breakfast and dinner with a protein shake and full balanced low carb lunch. Only fish and chicken as I feel I digest it better. 2L of water
69 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
